Terms of Service

By using AskPDF (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

AskPDF lets you upload PDF documents and generate answers, summaries, flashcards and quizzes from them with AI. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; verify anything important against the source document. The App is a study aid, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process them to provide the service. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains other people's personal data without permission.

3. Credits, subscriptions and limits

Features consume credits. New accounts receive a free allowance; Premium subscriptions add credits every billing period and raise document and page limits; credit packs are one-time purchases. Limits (pages per document, pages per period, requests per day) are shown in the App and may change. Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in your store account. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Credits have no cash value and expire when an account is deleted.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass limits, automate requests, reverse-engineer the App, or use it to generate harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Availability

We aim for the App to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
